Ragda Pattice Chaat with Crispy Rice Tikki hamariweb

Raw Rice – 1 cup (cooked)
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Black Salt – as per taste
White salt – as per taste
Oil – to fry

Dried Yellow Peas / Vatana – 1 cup (soaked 12 hours, boiled with salt, turmeric powder, and mixed with roasted cumin powder and black salt)

Dahi – 1/2 cup (sweetened)
Imli Chutney – 6-7 tbsp
Green Chutney – 6-7 tbsp
Chat Masala / Dahi Bhalla Masala – 1 tbsp
Onion – finely chopped
Coriander – finely chopped
Nylon Sev – to garnish
