Full Misal Pav with Homemade Masala Recipe hamariweb

In this video, we will make Misal pav Recipe with Homemade Masala which is a very popular Maharashtrian Street Food.
Ingredients:
Sprouted Moth beans – 2 cups 
Water – 6 cup
Salt – to taste
Haldi – ½ tsp

For Masala –
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp 
Sesame Seeds – 1 tbsp 
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 10 pieces
Stone flower / Dagad Fool – 2 
Peppercorn – ½ tbsp
Star anise – 1
Saunf – 1 tsp
Oil – ½ tsp
Desiccated coconut – ¼ cup 
15 cloves garlic 
Red chilli kashmiri – 4-5 tbsp 
Blended with ¼ cup coriander leaves
Water

For Matki Chi Usal 
1 tbsp oil
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leafs – 1 sprig
Onion – 2 medium 
Salt – as per taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

For Rassa and Kat together 
Oil – 4 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Curry leafs – 1 sprig
Onion – 1 large
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Chopped Tomato – ½ 
Jaggery – 1 small piece / 1 tsp
To Serve – 
Farsan, Chopped Coriander, Nylon Sev, Chopped Onion, Pav and Yogurt(optional)
